Ski Tours


The Glarner Alps are a paradise for lovers of nature who want to relax on a simple or challenging ski tour. The interactive tour finder alone lists no fewer than 15 one- and two-day tours, for example ski tours at

  • Hausstock (3158 metres above sea level, 1900 metres altitude difference, 6 hours, starting point Elm),
  • Schilt (2299 metres above sea level, 700 metres altitude difference, 2 hours, starting point Mollis or Ennenda) and
  • Tödi (3614 metres above sea level, 1500 metres altitude difference, 6 hours, starting points Linthal, Disentis, Urnerboden or Sumvitg).

SAC Tödi owns five huts that are all starting points for tours in the Glarner Alps:

All except for the Grünhornhütte are attended and offer guests the highest level of comfort. Besides these five SAC huts, there are many more attended and unattended huts in the mountains.

Reservations are preferable in the off-season, mandatory in the high season. Some huts are also attended in the off-season and in winter on the weekend or upon request.
